If your workers are found to be employees of yours, we can manage and pay them under our PAYE solutions.

Subcontractor Registration

We register your subcontractors onto our portal so they can view their documents, pay slips and details on a 24/7 basis. 

Calculate Subcontractor Tax

When we verify your subcontractors, we can let you know if they're registered with CIS and whether to deduct them at 20% or 30%. 

Cover National Insurance Exposure

In the unlikely event HMRC successfully demonstrate an employed relationship with your subcontractors, we'll cover any National Insurance exposure. 

Free Workforce Review

If you are imposing certain conditions on your workers, while the contract might refer to them as self-employed, if a similar case goes to court, the court could find them to be employees of yours despite the terms of your contract.

We are offering a free workforce review to ensure you come under no such scrutiny, should you ever find yourself in a similar situation. This is simply a check that you are contractually sound and that there is no risk of your subcontracted workers being reclassified as employees.

If you are contractually sound then you have nothing to worry about! We'll let you know your current practises expose your business to no risk.
